SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destination We currently ship to France only.

Delivery Times Once dispatched, orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Standard shipping fees apply to all orders. Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
