REFUND POLICY
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or promotional items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at simastiago8@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maison Femme is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at simastiago8@gmail.com with photos of the item. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Maison Femme.
